Megan Prideaux is a Senior Associate in the firm. Megan joined
Iles Selley Lawyers in October 2003, having worked for several
years in the South Australian Crown Solicitor’s Office,
practicing in the civil litigation section. Whilst with the
Crown, Megan assisted in public liability matters, medical
negligence and malpractice cases, general tortious disputes
and criminal injuries compensation claims, where she also
appeared as counsel.
Megan graduated with First Class Honours in Law and Arts.
Whilst at University, she worked in the commercial litigation
section of Phillips Fox Lawyers’ Adelaide office. Megan
was admitted to practice in February 2001.
Since joining Iles Selley Lawyers, she has assisted in a range
of commercial litigious matters, working closely with Nicholas
Iles and Grant Feary. Megan has a particular interest in medico-legal
matters, assisting Nicholas Iles in medical indemnity matters,
particularly cases before the Medical Board and the Medical
Practitioner’s Conduct Tribunal. She also advises in
contractual disputes, defamation and in a range of civil matters.
Megan is currently studying for her Masters in Health and
Medical Law from the University of Melbourne.
